Bob St. Germain
The best and most rewarding part of Bob’s career in real estate is when he sees a smile on his client’s face. He just knows that all his hard work and effort have come together to make his client happy. The satisfaction in knowing he gets the job done in a prompt and professional manner is extremely gratifying to him.
Bob is a native Rhode Islander hailing from Pawtucket. Although he has spent some time in the Carolinas, he just loves the beauty and serenity of Rhode Island and all that Aquidneck Island has to offer. Because of that, he and his family, which includes his wife, Donna and their four sons, Bill, 34, John 32, Mike 30, and Jason, 27–who are all serving their country in the Marine Corp., and their daughter Danielle, 31 who works locally in banking, have called Middletown home for 10 years.
Bob believes so strongly in Rhode Island and its real estate market that he and his wife have made substantial investments in residential and commercial properties locally. Bob brings to the table over 10 years experience in buying, selling and leasing real estate as well as real estate management. In addition, they successfully own and operate a retail store in the community. That coupled with Bob’s background as an instructor at CCRI helps him to understand the real estate market trends and assists him in educating his clients to make their experience extremely smooth and uncomplicated.
Bob further gives back to his community by being actively involved in organizations such as Toys for Tots and volunteering at various events to help support the local women’s shelter. In addition, he is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Newport County Board of Realtors, the Newport County Chamber of Commerce and the NRA. Bob is very dedicated to his family and while he’s not engaging in activities with them–or fishing, watching a Red Sox game or rooting for the Bruins–you will find Bob traveling on his motorcycle, where he has been as far west as South Dakota and as far south as Florida. South Dakota and Wyoming are his favorite states.

A personal note from Bob:
“One of the best things about being an agent for my clients is getting to know them, then helping get them what they need–if its finding the first house for a first-time buyer or helping when they need to do a short sale and getting it done so the bank can’t come and take the house that they worked all their lives for. To some it up, I would say looking out for my clients’ best interests and putting them ahead of everyone is why you need me as your agent.”
